Malik Aurum ("the House", "we") operates malikaurum.com from Curaçao. By placing an order you accept these terms. All prices are shown in Caribbean guilders (XCG) and include 6% OB (sales tax). Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp (+5999 522 0968); a contract is formed when we confirm availability and payment arrangements in writing. We sell only 100% original products sourced from authorised GCC retail channels. Product images are illustrative; batch and packaging may vary by manufacturer. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, with a full refund of any amount paid. The Golden Circle loyalty programme (points, tiers, promo codes, free testers — max 3 testers per customer) is a courtesy programme; points hold no cash value and the programme may be amended with notice. These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao; disputes fall to the competent court of Curaçao.
We currently serve Curaçao: free hand-to-hand delivery in the Willemstad area or personal pickup by appointment, typically within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Items marked as pre-order or "Coming Soon" ship from our Gulf partners by air and typically arrive within 10–21 days; we communicate a personal estimate with every confirmation and update you on WhatsApp at each step. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on receipt and report transport damage within 48 hours with photos for immediate resolution.
You may return any unopened product in its sealed original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — contact us on WhatsApp to arrange collection. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances and cosmetics cannot be returned unless defective. Defective or incorrectly delivered items are always replaced or refunded in full, including delivery costs. That is precisely why every fragrance offers a free 3 ml tester — try before committing to the full bottle. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days via the original payment method. Free testers, gift-set promotional contents and redeemed loyalty points are excluded from cash refunds; points used on a refunded order are re-credited.
We collect only what an order requires: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery details and order history — used for order fulfilment, the Golden Circle programme and, with your consent, launch notifications you requested via a waitlist. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Online payments are processed by licensed payment providers; we never see or store card numbers. Site analytics are cookieless, aggregated counters (country, device, page interest) that cannot identify you.
